Julie Chrisley was met with an unfortunate surprise when the judge did not reduce her 84 month prison sentence after she was given a court hearing for a potential resentencing. The judge initially found insufficient evidence that Julie was involved in the fraud scheme during the date listed on the charge.
However, Julie is fighting this sentence once again.
