In January of 2019, the news was dropped in a big way:
“I haven’t spoken to Fernanda since December 22,” Jonathan Rivera revealed to In Touch while discussing his status with Fernanda Flores. “I have a lot going on and so in the midst of all the craziness, I try to focus on what’s important.”

The Before the 90 Days star has already been charged with kidnapping and assault, and now we’re adding drug dealing and child endangerment to the list. A while back, we reported on Geoffrey’s kidnapping charges. According to Starcasm, Geoffrey was facing an order of protection from his ex-girlfriend, who alleged that he attacked her in their home. He was facing an arraignment on charges of “aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with emergency call, and vandalism,” according to the report.
His ex-girlfriend’s story in the legal filing reveals a very dark side of Geoffrey.
She recounts a time that Geoffrey attacked her when she returned home and “repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood floors of my home.” Geoffrey then allegedly dragged her by her hair and got “blood on [her] walls, furniture, etc.” She revealed that he threw her “body into walls and furniture” for about thirty minutes."

The couple separated shortly after in 2013 due to “inappropriate marital conduct.” The two split custody of their son, although Geoffrey was living in Tennessee and his ex-wife in Florida.
In 2016, the ex-wife remarried and filed relocation papers with the courts, but Geoffrey petitioned the move and asked for primary custody of their child. What ensued is the issue at hand, which has not currently been resolved.
His ex-wife is concerned for her son’s safety while in Geoffrey’s care, and the two signed a parenting plan in 2017. The plan had Geoffrey sign a HIPAA compliant waiver so that his ex could keep track of his prescription medication records. According to the release, she was allowed to know of all drugs he was prescribed, pain clinics he visited, and which pharmacies were filling the orders. She was also permitted to drug test her ex-husband to make sure he was taking the opiates he was prescribed."

How my move to the states was a culture shock and affected my physical and mental health with all of the hurdles I had to overcome. I want my story to empower women and let women know that we're not alone and staying true to yourself can get you as far as you want!”
Fernanda didn’t want to reveal too much about her new relationship, but confirmed to AfterBuzz that she is “very happy.”

A while back, we reported on Geoffrey’s kidnapping charges. According to Starcasm, Geoffrey was facing an order of protection from his ex-girlfriend, who alleged that he attacked her in their home. He was facing an arraignment on charges of “aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with emergency call, and vandalism,” according to the report.
His ex-girlfriend’s story in the legal filing reveals a very dark side of Geoffrey.
She recounts a time that Geoffrey attacked her when she returned home and “repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood floors of my home.” Geoffrey then allegedly dragged her by her hair and got “blood on [her] walls, furniture, etc.” She revealed that he threw her “body into walls and furniture” for about thirty minutes."

The couple separated shortly after in 2013 due to “inappropriate marital conduct.” The two split custody of their son, although Geoffrey was living in Tennessee and his ex-wife in Florida.
In 2016, the ex-wife remarried and filed relocation papers with the courts, but Geoffrey petitioned the move and asked for primary custody of their child. What ensued is the issue at hand, which has not currently been resolved.

He was facing an arraignment on charges of “aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with emergency call, and vandalism,” according to the report.
His ex-girlfriend’s story in the legal filing reveals a very dark side of Geoffrey.
She recounts a time that Geoffrey attacked her when she returned home and “repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood floors of my home.” Geoffrey then allegedly dragged her by her hair and got “blood on [her] walls, furniture, etc.” She revealed that he threw her “body into walls and furniture” for about thirty minutes."
