“If I'm being honest it hasn't really improved,” she told Dr. Drew. She said she had been selfish and has an “unhealthy relationship with emotion.” She said she has intense fears of being alone.
“I wasn't home by myself so when I was alone, I wasn't comfortable, and I needed that to change. But because I disconnected all emotions, I didn't know who I was. So it was scary, so I didn't feel safe alone,” Maci said in the clip.

“If I'm being honest it hasn't really improved,” she told Dr. Drew. She said she had been selfish and has an “unhealthy relationship with emotion.” She said she has intense fears of being alone.
“I wasn't home by myself so when I was alone, I wasn't comfortable, and I needed that to change. But because I disconnected all emotions, I didn't know who I was. So it was scary, so I didn't feel safe alone,” Maci said in the clip.
She added that she was “trying not to shut down” while crying."

“We lived a good life, I'm just glad I got him. He's wonderful,” Maci said.
“Sometimes we fight over the most ridiculous stuff,” Taylor added.

“It was kind of weird because I'm like, I don't know if this is natural way of feeling and I just kind of always to myself would just be like 'just be thankful that they have a relationship,’” she said. “Sometimes it's like 'just stop and be thankful,' but then at the same time Bentley is just getting older and it's one of those ya know there's certain things he doesn't want to talk to me about. I think I like overthought it.”

...But to be fair, they're the ones starting them.
Maci has frequently posted articles about her and Taylor divorcing, only to delete them later the same day before fans can process the news.
She recently had an emotional breakdown on the Teen Mom OG reunion, and fans are starting to wonder if she and Taylor might actually be having issues behind the scenes...
Now, Maci is getting vulnerable with fans.

string(883) "The Teen Mom Instagram page shared a teaser from part 2 of the OG reunion, and Maci Bookout’s clip showed her crying over her relationship with her son, Bentley.
“If I'm being honest it hasn't really improved,” she told Dr. Drew. She said she had been selfish and has an “unhealthy relationship with emotion.” She said she has intense fears of being alone.
“I wasn't home by myself so when I was alone, I wasn't comfortable, and I needed that to change. But because I disconnected all emotions, I didn't know who I was. So it was scary, so I didn't feel safe alone,” Maci said in the clip.
She added that she was “trying not to shut down” while crying."

“I just love the human I am now. I'm not a robot," she said. “I'm present instead of possessive. I'm here, I'm present and it's beautiful and it's fine."
Taylor McKinney then joined Maci on stage, and the conversation shifted to their marriage.
“We lived a good life, I'm just glad I got him. He's wonderful,” Maci said.
“Sometimes we fight over the most ridiculous stuff,” Taylor added.
Dr. Drew then asked the couple what drove them to seek couples counseling."

“I don't need you to tell me I'm pretty and say 'thank you.' Like, just grab my a** and give me a kiss on the cheek, we're good,” she joked. Maci then added that she is happy that Taylor and Bentley have a good relationship.
“It was kind of weird because I'm like, I don't know if this is natural way of feeling and I just kind of always to myself would just be like 'just be thankful that they have a relationship,’” she said. “Sometimes it's like 'just stop and be thankful,' but then at the same time Bentley is just getting older and it's one of those ya know there's certain things he doesn't want to talk to me about. I think I like overthought it.”
