"[Sosa] comes out, they put her on my chest, and I go to hug her - you know, embrace my baby - but the way the nurse is acting with the baby, and [Sosa's] not crying," Lala shared.
"She does one cry and it stops. And my hands are freezing, so I'm not touching her because I don't want to send her into shock.""

string(718) ""I keep asking the nurse: 'Is she okay, is she okay?'" Lala continued, saying that the medical team were "rubbing [Sosa's] chest" and "sucking things out of her mouth."
"Apparently for Mama it was great that she came out so quickly because I didn't have to push so many times, but with a fast birth like that, she swallowed a lot of [amniotic] fluid," Lala revealed.
"They were going to discharge me the next day, but she had so much fluid that she was vomiting all the food." Lala shared that all of her health indicators were good, and that Sosa "had an appetite, she was breathing okay, like everything seemed - she had her coloring, her tummy was soft."
But despite this, her health concerns lingered.

"They bring in a specialist and they're like, 'We want a surgeon to look at her because this isn't normal.'" The medical team told Lala that they had drained several milliliters of amniotic fluid from Sosa but that "it [wouldn't] stop.""

But among the celebrations from the now mother of two, Lala is confessing that she faced a terrifying moment during Sosa’s birth when her umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck.
